Are you risk-averse?

Then you need information – THE RIGHT INFORMATION – for you to make intelligent decisions on your property purchases.

Property investments is one of the highest yielding, low-risk investments worldwide. Yet many people are still wary about purchasing property. Why? Because of the considerable amount of capital they need to engage in a real estate business.

That’s a common misconception.

Purchasing property in the Philippines offers foreigners a combination of low cost of living, scenic views, warm and friendly people at one tenth of the price they have to pay in a Western country.

However, buying properties in Philippines isn’t always easy. You need to have a critical mind to evaluate the type of property, the type of person you are dealing with, the laws that govern the country, the ways you can control the ownership of property, how much to pay and where to buy!

Fortunately, you do not have to spend months doing the research yourself and dealing with the locals to get the TRUE answers.

How to buy property, info found on the internet

September 1, 2008 Leave a comment

A lot of smart and resourceful young investors find a lot of information on the internet about How to Buy Property in Philippines. I would do the same to get a basic idea on how lucrative buying Philippine properties could be. However, as I did a lot of research, I found critical loopholes and inconsistencies:

1. Information on the internet contain bits and pieces of laws that are “always” subject to interpretation.
2. Information on the internet are given away for free as they have been derived from other internet articles, mostly written by local real estate agents from Philippines. Their goal is to “sell” their listings.
3. Information on the internet still need to be critically analyzed and mostly not intended to make sure foreign investors maintain control over the property.

These loopholes are resolved on the 2 Volume Book, BUYING PHILIPPINES PROPERTY (Insights from a Strategic Analyst).

Below is the table of contents (in brief). These information can not be simply gathered from the internet:
